Spectre's Cowl got buffed! ...it's upgrades however... -_-
just got buffed to 150% health regen, yay!
Someone please tell me why should I upgrade to

Well Banshee's still provides the spell shield, so there's that.
And while Specter's only applies the regen if you're damaged, Spirit Visage applies it constantly, not to mention the passive increases any sort of regen you get (Along with it's own HP/5).
It's a bit situational
If you want to outduel more people as fighters or you are playing a regeneration-based tank (
) get the Visage.

Banshees can be built on pretty much anyone, usually best against champions who duel lots of damage in one ability (
) OR champions who have long range CC or catch-em'-out-of-position abilities (
