Change Kleptomancy Description

I was making my runes right before a game and didn't have time to fully read the new things.

The generic Kleptomancy descriptions goes as follows:

"Loot gold and items from enemy champions by casting spells_** AND **_ auto attacking them."

Don't know if any of you study law, but this is the type of wording lawyers thrive one. I thought I could cast spells and get items, benefiting more champions, a bit broken, but it didn't stop me from taking it on Vladimir.

What it should have said was:

"Loot gold and items from enemy champions by casting spells AND THEN auto attacking them"

... Turn on detailed descriptions and your woes are solved. Detailed descriptions should be on as default tbh. I dont know why it isnt.
