Blind Pick Shenanigans

I don't know how exactly the loading into lobby works, so I have little to complain about what I know little about. However, can you make it so that all players load into chat at the same time? Or make it possible for people to view messages that were typed before loading into the lobby. It's all too common for people to load in faster and call a lane. The other player won't believe them as they can't take the player on their word. Next thing you know, you got two junglers.
