make the rune page smaller

now that you're encouraging us to use the rune page during champ select, can you please make it smaller?

it's so damn large, I can't have it up ever, 'cause then I can't pay attention to the draft at the same time.

and please also get rid of these dumb "oh now you're closing the rune page???? please no keep it open" messages.
