basically, just fuck this practical joke champion that riot seem to think is a good idea, 15 minutes in, and veigar's 1/5 with bad farm, yeah just get one shot.. riot need to make his fucking ult a skillshot or rework his e, or just do anything to make the champ require a brain honestly, rant over

he needs to get you low to do major damage his damage is very conditional even if he has 1 million stacks with no ult he cant damage you if you take the proper steps to beating him (excluding items lichbane or nashors).
