Why complain about Lissandra's passive when you could realise how shit Anivia's E is 99% of the time

As an anivia main, i still dont get the entire purpose of this. You have to use it in a combo and even if you do it STILL doesn't do that much damage. One time i won a game only using it ONCE in the early game. And here people are complaining about abilities being to weak for the champion. Not to be toxic or anything but Anivia is a pretty old champ and i rarely see her anymore. I just feel like maybe her E could do just a biiit more damage. Or even be completely changes into something else like Ezreal W or Lissandra P.

)EDIT(( After thinking about this a bit more i played like 5 straight rounds of anivia and TBH, its not THAT bad. Its decent if theyre stuck in your ult or as a combo with your Q in the early game. But i still feel like it could be a BIT better. Its not so bad that im saying RIOT THIS IS SOOO BAD CHANGE THIS RIGHT NOW ERMAGURD WHAT ARE YOU THINKING!!1!11!

Hi, I'm an Anivia main (mid-plat ish). I can confidently say that you should not be using your E early (levels 1-4) and it is much more effective to focus on cs'ing and wave control by utilizing your Q. There's literally no reason to use your E except to help cs under tower. As you hit 6 you're E can start chunking squishies after landing your Ult+Q combo.

The real reason for picking Anivia is not for burst, but because she's a safe laner that scales well into lategame and can provide a lot of cc and control in fights. She's a control mage after all. Her combo is quite capable of bursting an adc after 3 items, but until then you should focus on your ability to control the pace of a game and dps'ing with well-placed ults.

So yes, your E is generally quite useless through the early stages of the game, but that's because Anivia is not meant to be an early-game champion but more of a consistent champion.

Edit: she is also quite awful in lower elos because of her lack of early-game presence. She really requires a decent team to work with most of the time.

Thats why i said 99% of the time, most champions i play have bad early games tbh. Like Ivern, Zoe, and Camille.

i find e is pretty decent before 6. if your against a lux or other quishy mid laner try to hit a q or just drop rwq, expecially with approach velocity you can easilly land a good 2-300 free damage from the e alone which at that time in the game is around 1/4 hp i find

Complaining about how weak Lissandra's passive is, has nothing to do with Anivia's E.

Anivia's E is already similar to Ezreal W, in that primed damage. But even if you don't prime her E you still get to do some base damage to the enemy.
