Why are my LP gains so low ?

Peel for my ADC - Summoner Stats - League of Legends

11-9 in the last week but losing 19-22 LP a game and only gaining 15-17 ? like this really doesn't make any sense my MMR is about average for the ELO that I'm in. Does this have something to do with the new tiers that they added?

Similar situation. 14 per win, 21+ per loss. impossible to do anything about. Also in Gold. There was another post from a Diamond guy about it.

It means that your MMR is lower than average. Note that opgg is not always accurate at depicting your MMR.
