Press the Attack for the keystone or Fleet Footwork. Rageblade > Berserkers > Lich Bane > Rapid Firecannon > Nashors Tooth > Rabadon. His E would proc way more often and his W+Q would still deal a lot of damage.

Just remember that DPS build is gonna have to compete with all the other champs bursting in .5.

It's been done multiple times in the past. It's not the best thing to do, sure, but it can work.
