Way to make Death Fire Touch & Death's Dance work on any champ.

Buff the aoe portions of these things, like come on! Death fire touch on Ziggs and Lucian should work on paper, but when I went in game to this was so useless. I did like 20 dmg at lvl 18 with full build.Lucian and Ziggs have such great poke and are both spell casters but it's so useless on them because all their abilities are single target. That's why it's so great on people like Jhin. He has 3 abilities that are single target and 1 aoe abilities which are his traps, that are basically impossible to land anyways. Honestly I believe if you just buff these aoe portions then death fire touch Lucian and Ziggs would because great. This can open up new possiblities. This wouldn't even make the current champs that are good with Death Fire Touch overpowered since all of them are basically single-targeted ability weilding champs.

Champs I think would be great with Death Fire Touch : Lucian Ziggs Azir Morgana Ahri Heimerdinger Teemoo Lulu Miss Fortune Rumble Varus Viktor Zed
