Combat AFK

So, I was just in a game when suddenly, our bot lane got mad at each other. The Morgana then decided to go back, buy cinderhulk and ZZrot portal. And so then she afked in the bush near scuttle and kept spamming her zzrot so she would stay in combot. This way she would not get banned for afk. I'd say this is complete bs. People should get banned for standing around in one area for way too long, or standing still in general. I hope Riot does something about this, because it annoys me when people go afk all the time for just raging.
