AFK Penalty Queues

These penalty Queues are insane! I understand that you have to punish people who leave in some way but most people who are afk for just being tlited or trolling usually just run around in base, while others are having issues like maybe there's a problem in their home area or they need to help out famliy. They might even have some connection issues and DC without it being their fault, some people just have problems like that. It felt like before season 7 that we could afk like 1 game every month without getting penalties but lately ive afked only one game because my family has been bothering me and I keep getting these penalties which are just tedious to get rid of because 1) I cant reply or do anything while in Q to notify my friends, 2) I have to wait through 5 games + 1 hour just to get rid of all of them 3) I'm sorry something so unexpected and out of my control came up randomly. now maybe after 2 games I should get these penalties but do they have to be so long and pointless? I just play through 5 bot games to get it over with but it's tiring. This isn't my main point that I want to discuss though, because I just have a complaint that can easily be fixed.

When I 5 man pre made Q with my friends, they understand that I might have to afk randomly, but when I come back I get penalties, which makes me not want to play with them because it'll just waste their time for something they didn't do. Do I really have to get penalties when playing with friends? It's not like they're mad, and if they were, they can just report me. If a premade reports you seriously, that's when something's up.
