If you are calling for nerfs on someone

Explain what you want done to them. Specify what you want done and be clear about it. Lets use Riven as an example. Saying "She is so OP please nerf" helps no one. So would you be happy if they took 3 base AD off of her? Probably not but why not? She got nerfed just not very much. An example of something that would be specific and clear to see what you would be "Make the cooldown on her Q start at the end of the third Q instead of at the start of the first."

Riven is a perfect example of why people DON'T give specifics. Her kit is so screwed up that a nerf could make her unviable. She needs a total rework. The same can be said of Yasou and Master Yi as well.

A good example of what you are talking about would be Fizz. Just increase his CD on Playful Trickster by 5 seconds at each rank. Boom, balanced.

Wasn't using it as an example of something that needs to happen. Just an example of what I meant.

That would be a massive gut for fizz. 5 seconds is stretching it by a lot.

Not at all. It's probably the strongest ability in the game and he can use it 3 times in a teamfight no problem. It's better than half the ults in the game.

You can't touch his e without touching his core identity.... He needs to be reworked but that probably won't happen with much older champions needing reworks. 5 seconds is gutting it. I'm not saying it doesn't possibly need to be nerfed or that it actually needs to be nerfed... I'm not a fizz hater nor am I a fizz lover.

So. I know everyone on the forum (and at riot) seems to love Jinx and couldn't POSSIBLY think of another Jinx nerf but lets face it. We play vs either Jinx or Vayne in every game and her kit is too overloaded for what she can do.

Her rockets crit for 110% which is absurd, she gets more range with them AND they only cost 20 mana per rocket. The CD between swapping to mini gun is so short that she can keep swapping to poke. Her Ult gives execute and her w dmg early is also absurd once you put a few points in it. Did I mention her e snares? Her passive also makes it that she just fires rockets and then runs away from anyone unless she duels them to death.

I don't think it matters that she has no dashes because she can poke people enough and is usually bot lane with thresh or another engage/disengage support.

I would like to either see her q CD swapping forms raised to maybe 5 seconds so she can't just keep swapping the forms around. I would also like to see her q NOT stack on towers. They have removed it from Cait and I don't see why Jinx also needs to be the best pusher with Tristana in the adc meta. They could also stop the 110% dmg or the crit on her rockets but I would rather just have the range lowered.

Jinx is so easy to gank or kill really...... her general win rate is only 53%, which isn't really op status.... idk. She's good, but not really op in my eyes. She has her strengths and she has her weaknesses
