Can we just revert back to season 1? The only issues then were heimerdinger being a joke and shacos Q being slightly too low a cooldown. That was it.

Anyone remember when shaco was a permaban? I do.

There are too many problem champs to be able to permaban them all.

The issues we have today make the balance situation in season 1 look like a dream.
