I seen one of those "18 hours ago" I went 23/0/7 as Jinx with my Bard support 4/3/16. the Jhin 0/7/5 the Swain 2/8/8. Don't believe me check my OP.GG It's not really busted unless you really suck at dodging Swains E then it's pretty CC heavy Jhin Lux and Jhin Morg are about the same.
