Clash rewards

I've won both nights of clash this weekend. I opened my first orb and didn't see any of the animation or the skins that I won. I don't know what I had before but it doesn't look like I got anything significant. As for the second orb, I opened it and only got a ticket. Is this real? Is there potential for 1st place clash prizes to just be a single ticket to replay the event? If so, that's absolutely absurd and a waste of time... I'll delete this if my inventory updates later, but as for now the orb was taken out of my inventory and all I got was a ticket... Not sure why it is so hard to make a clash rewards system that works when it's no different from any other reward you earn in this game. If somebody could let me know if this is just a bug or if this is a legitimate potential reward, that would be much appreciated :)
