Marksmen Identity

A few days ago I posted my thought on the possible next big updates Riot would take on; I said I was gonna post something on the Marksman class alone since I do feel more comfortable talking about it, main AD, here it is. I want to use the fairly new post on sub-classes where some old Marksman got taken out of the class and moved to the Unique Play style category. I would first talk about the ones that are still in the class but do need a sort of rework/help in the future. Then, I wanna create some discussion talking about some champs who, I think, have the potential to be rework into ADCs. These are the Marksmen right now: Ashe, Caitlyn, Corki, Draven, Ezreal, Jhin, Jinx, Kalista, Kindred, Kog’Maw, Lucian, Miss Fortune, Sivir, Tristana, Twitch, Varus , Vayne, Xayah. From this list, I would argue that Corki, Kalista, Kog'Maw, and Sivir are in bad shape right now; the rest I think are in a good spot for the long run. Let's summarize each while talking about the problems I find in them.

1. Corki: this old geezer has cool in-game fantasy of hybrid damage with his PACKAGE as his real ult. Thing is, a Marksman that has to start the fight already sound unsafe, you add in his underwhelming Q, W, and R and it just feel like an excellent idea for a poke hybrid champ, which we don't really have. Conclusion, make him an actual poke champ like Lux or Vel'koz or go back to the drawing board to the basics of a Marksman.
2. Kalista: there is a million threads on the supposedly planned rework on her due to the kit being too complete or diverse. So, to make it simply, she is one of my fav champs overall due to the Rend stacking play style and Martial Poise passive PLUS the whole soul retreating lore, and that Blood Moon tho. My advice, give her a new ult, and make her W a bit more interactive while buffing her stats.
3. Kog'Maw: the void puppy had a rework which got turned back because it was a bit op. Now he is in an okay spot, but I was see his ult and passive and don't see them as Marksman abilities, I mean encouraging you to die; reminds me of Zyra. I just wish his passive had something to do with his appetite; isn't he supposed to want to eat everything?; there is potential there.
4. Sivir: big old Sivir, part of the utility ADs together with Jhin, Ashe, and Varus. While her kit is definitely interesting and powerful, I feel that she could use a new passive coupled with some buffs. and visual update maybe? Now, those are the confirmed Marksmen that I do feel need a little push; let us move to the not-Marksmen champs that I think have that capability to be reworked or turned into one. Twisted Fate: I talked a little about this guy on my other post; but basically it would be cool to see him turn into a high mobile AD that uses gambles and play dangerously in the battlefield. Kayle and Kennen are also in the past post but I dont have any concepts for them hence not writing anything. Quinn: one of the oldest ADs, I do feel that a dual champ like Kindred but for the actual bot lane would be nice, before she was a bit assassin-y. Now, she is just a mess. Honestly this champ is super cool and the fact that she has a bird for a pet that actually fight is dope; she has a lot of fantasy potential going for her; let's hope they pay some attention to her. Quick note, Graves is already to apart from a Marksman that he is another champ altogether, he feels like a Diver with his E and R, so I dont really have hopes for him at this point. The last two are a bit hopeful but Azir and/or Teemo would be so cool: Azir, we know is getting a mini rework at some point, so his play style screams ADC to me plus he is super fun; Teemo, we all know is a meme champ but if Riot took him seriously I feel people wouldn't have to wait for TSM Regi to bet on playing him.
