[Suggestion] Update the death report

you guys have updated everything but the death report. it looks very old now on the new map and champs. it glitches at times and lists damage for spells to the wrong champ. I've seen my own spells kill me before. That and 3 damage sources isnt enough to see the damage that kills you.

It's time for a over haul of the death report so we can see all the damage done. that would be nice.
