Quality of Life buff for Galio

There are a few instances where I've been unable to buffer move B with Galio while performing action A, or C. And this strikes me out of out of line and awkward, since, nearly every single champion in the game can buffer another ability while during the cast/animation of another ability. When Galio executes his passive on hit bonus effect, during the attack I cannot buffer his Q. Galio's critical strike animation uses the same thing as his passive bonus hit. On critical strike builds I've had no issue buffering his Q after a critical strike, which uses same animation as his passive bonus attack.

Yet I simply cannot buffer his Q after my auto attack IF that auto attack procs my passive, which has ended with me AIMING and CASTING my q and nothing happens. Many times. This also occurs when trying to buffer other moves under the same conditions, and I believe I've been unable to Q after I cast/land an E.

These are actual issues and the only ones so far that I have with Galio, and it's actually created situations I've died or an enemy escaped alive and I've been left to feel cheated out of what should have been mine.
