Riot... I don't think your approach to permaban champions is working

Like, I understand that you can't get enough Data to mine because everyone's banning them too much, but... Waiting it out isn't working. People aren't going to stop banning them until after they're nerfed, and now you're telling us your not going to nerf them until people stop banning them. This might take awhile...

At least if you nerf them and it turns out you overdid it you'll finally get Data to figure out what's wrong. :s

You know, all of this could have been avoided if they were released in a weaker state, and then buffed up through patches. Remember how Trash Tahm was before he got 3 straight patches in buffs? Now he's decent. Not too strong, not too weak, does exactly what he's supposed to do
