Movement controls ????

Having some problems and not sure what I am doing wrong.

1. I want to have my champ walk in 1 direction while shooting in a separate direction. But so far I cannot seem to get that to work. Soon as I left click he walks towards the new direction. I have tried to use the movement setting but cannot see to get it to work ?
