So guys this is what I have for my Runes and masteries Plus the Build, Urgot I have created this build for him that really makes him Viable , Try this build Infinity edge , Manamune, Lord Dominik's Regards, Statikk Shiv , Essence Reaver and Bersker's Greaves. For Runes it's 9 Blues Of Magic Resist 12 magic resist in total, 9 Yellow Armour 9 armor in total, then 9 red Physical Damage , for last 3 Greater Quintessences Of attack damage total of 15 damage with Red. Masteries = 18 Ferocity , 12 Cunning. Enjoy From

Well crit and attack speed are pretty awful stats on Urgot considering most of his damage comes from the Q spam through massive armor penetration, so that sounds pretty awful.

You'd be better served by Armor penetration marks, MR glyphs (flat or scaling depending on what lane), Armor seals (again flat or scaling depending on lane), and Flat AD quints. 12/18/0, or 0/18/12.

Then building item 3004 item 3071 item 3142 item 3156 item 3158 item 3026 if you really insist on full damage. Between the Flat armor penetration of your runes, masteries, and items, squishies will have virtually zero armor. Max stacks of E combined with Cleaver stacks would give you an additional 50% armor penetration. Your items give you a little bit of tankiness, as well as the revive passive.

Keep in mind level 18 Lucian has 75 base armor + 9 armor from runes becoming a total of 84, which becomes 42 after % penetration, then take off your flat penetration of 50.4 from his remaining 42 giving him -8.4 armor. So you're actually doing amplified true damage to him.
