New Yasuo E nerf but actually Buff
I just played a game against yasuo and he just Deleted our team, he seems stronger then usual, it's the Lucian E nerf but was actually a buff.

Even if it scales thing that i highly doubt his early got shafted he is supposed to get nerfed early while maintaining most of his mid/late game. and i dont really think his fucking E does more dmg that his auto's and Q's
The base damage was significantly reduced while adding a 20% BONUS ad ratio. He needs a lot of ad for his e to do any damage. His late game was pretty much untouched. For his e damage to reach what it did before he can't buy any tank items. So this nerf could be seen as a late game nerf aswell because in order to preserve his late game e damage he can't go a defensive item.
