@ Riot: Upcoming changes to Refer-a-Friend!

its been more than 2 months since the supposed update to refer-a-friend that was supposed to happen within 30 days of the announcement. Yet now more than 2 months later, not only has refer-a-friend not been updated but there is absolutely no information in regards to it!

What gives, Riot? How about at least an update?
