This is more a QoL buff for newer players to land her snare. It's not that bad. Why are people so obsessive over a missile speed buff?

Because she is annyoing to play against when you do not know how - same with Yasuo ^^

Just because someone is annoying to play against doesn't mean they shouldn't get buffs and always get nerfs. I learned this when I begged them to nerf Fizz.

Well Fizz is just a problem when his e is on full lvl and he has cdr. Then he is able to dodge every 6 or 8 seconds? Too long since I tried him. Also his lategame skaling is insane :/

LeBlanc is balanced at the moment. Of course her average winrate is low, but the reward for mastering her is fair. And this e buff isn't as strong as the players think
