Zilean interraction with Fiora

So, I noticed something that caught my eye with the new Fiora and I'm not sure if think its a bug or intentional. So, why not put up a discussion about it.

To set context. We were against a Zed and a Fiora. I was bored of playing more common supports in a normal game and decided to throw a zilean in to deal with the two high damage characters.

Fiora ults draven, I ult draven right before he dies and fiora "kills" him. Now, past experiences, most characters that I know of do not get resets off Zileans ult(Darius for example if I remember right does not get a reset on his ultimate if Zilean ults his target). So my thought process is that Fiora's healing portion of the ult wouldn't trigger.

Then when she kills Draven, the heal field triggered even though Draven is coming back with Zilean ult. Whether or not this is intentional, should this be in order to be direct counter play to Fiora, potentially making Zilean useful?

I mean, Fioras ult needs her target to die. And if you get revived by Zilean ult, that implies you died so that makes sense. Darius ult reset requires his target to die too but lets ignore that. :^)
