Trundle's Pillar of Ice should get a buff. Pillar of Ice RANGE: 1000 / 225 / 187.5 COST: 60 MANA COOLDOWN: 23 / 20 / 17 / 14 / 11 ACTIVE: Trundle projects a pillar of ice at the target location for 6 seconds, Airborne icon knocking back everyone directly over it on cast, acting as impassable terrain for the duration and Slow icon slowing enemies around it. SLOW: 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50%

Buff Deal 1/2/3/4/5 (0.0001% Enemy Maximum Health)+(0.0001% Maximum Health) True Damage

Reason: Because leveling up a ability should increases damage it dealt, and hidden power 2 OP

Edit: Joke. Trundle is never going to deal any damage with this, it will take 2 second for any champion to heal off the damage dealt.

His damage is just distributed elsewhere in his kit. By giving his q low CD. Or in place of damage he benefit instead from considerable sustain/utility. Its tradeoff.

He really doesn't need more damage. He could use a bit better mobility but there's just no reason why he'd need to deal more damage than he already does.
