Extended Champion select timer.

So, the other day, I was in champ select, and I lost connection for a short period of time. I connected moments before the timer went out, and my never-made-team informed me I was the ADC, and then, the time was done, and I was unable to join the queue for sometime. It would be nice if the time can be extended for a limited amount of time to allow for the person with the faulty internet connection to communicate with the team and deliberate over the champion they are going to choose. If extension of time might be susceptible to abuse for whatever reason, it would be prefer if, upon re-connection, to display the time left prominently, with a button that indicate you acknowledge that there is X amount of time left.
