Some nerfs for two items that are way overdue imo

Why does this item even exist ? No one likes to deal with split push, and this item is like "Oh yeah, you're too lazy/can't split push ? let me do it for you". This creates a super frustrating situation where you have to find and destroy it otherwise you can sit and watch one lane get pushed to oblivion. Oh, and having three people build this item means all three lanes are perma-pushing. I'd rather see its stats get buffed and the active removed. Also, for now if you are paying any even relatively tanky, character get this item.

Ok, I get that ADC's need their defenses but 45% attack speed, 30% crit chance, upto 12% bonus movespeed, ghosting in the vicinity of an enemy and a 12% damage reduction from one target all for 2550 gold ? Are you serious ? and to top it all off, this guy builds it, actually making dueling against him a pain in the ass.
