The new guinsoos means vayne will proc her w every other hit again. She won't even need to bring smite to do it this time. Thank you riot for buffing my main.

Except in order to get 4 procs, she'll still have to attack 10 times, as opposed to the 8 back then. Not to mention how the item's probably going to eat ranged nerfs on Kayle 's behalf.

Also, its losing 16% attack speed and has lots of useless AP for her.

She has to attack 6 times to get the phantom hit. That's 2 procs. Plus another 4 for an additional 2 procs.

That's 10 hits for four procs. Its normally 12 without. Its 8 while its constantly stacked afterwards. Any Vayne that can attack that much with her range would have won with or without phantom hit.

because feeders and people who cant 4v3 every game. I go splitpushing and they cant hold and not engage for like 15 seconds. I play adc and get four man camped bot lane. I get mastery lvl 5 rivens who even buy skins for riven who end up feeding. I get trolls like support kennens, i get people who troll and feed all day after we provide some constructive criticism.

Its not because Vayne is trash. Its because nothing else is viable outside of Tank.

Its either ADC, Assassin, or tank right now because damage is so absurd.

You either be the damage, or someone who can withstand it. If everyone's damage gets nerfed after all the power-creep this game's had, more than just tanks would be used.
