Can we have the option to have all champions as fightable bots in practice mode & Custom?

For a long time I have always thought it would be a good idea to be able to have all champions as bots you can fight against in custom games or practice mode I think it would later be a very beneficial thing for players. So they can learn to fight up against certain champions their not good at fighting against. Whether you agree or not, I think it would be fun to see later down the road and I know I would be able to benefit from this and learn more about my opponents champion without having to play with others in a custom, I know its every player has their own style and strategies but the champions skills are always the same so being able to learn to fight against the champion better is a good thing so I definitely would love this.
