I don't want to be Kalista ulted.

Is anything going to be done about this champion? The only other champions in the game that can mess with my character's movement directly are Thresh and Bard. In Thresh's case, I have to willingly click the lantern. In Bard's case, I have the chance to move out of the way.

Kalista can ult you into non-existence right before you get a kill, or right while you're doing a crucial AOE combo on the enemy team, or she can ult you to her when she gets caught and panics. She could even do these things, quite intentionally, to annoy other players. Yes, you can attempt to launch yourself back away, but the combination of: being interrupted while you're focusing and trying to teamfight or secure a kill as best you can, having the camera change, locking your spells, is both disorienting and annoying. On top of this, I've actually been ripped into situations where I CANNOT ult myself back out to safety. For example, I notice Kalista getting dangerously close to the enemies in mid jungle river. I retreat ping Kalista, seeing that our team is currently scattered and the enemy team is all together. She gets caught anyway (maybe on purpose). She ults me to her. I ult myself away as she dies. The enemy team has speed-ups/gap-closers and catch me too, since I'm now much closer to them.

Yeah, you could say, "Well that's just a bad player / Just a troll player, you would've lost regardless of what champion she picked." Valid point. But if she was another character, she wouldn't have had the ability to directly affect my movement, my impact on the rest of my team, and my own score. I know some people will try to turn this statement around on me and say, "Wow you're just selfish, focusing on your own score, it's a team game!" Of course it is. But there is absolutely nothing wrong with doing your absolute best if you have a bad or troll teammate. In fact, doing so COULD just get you to win. I'm sure you've all won 4v5s before. But a 4v5 in which the 5th player can forcibly kill me, as well? So, a 3v5, then...

I understand that Riot is trying to come up with unique abilities. Great. But abilities that DIRECTLY INTERFERE with a teammate's ability to play the game is not a good idea.

I don't know how the ult should be fixed. I'm not a game designer. But as a player, I'm stating that I don't appreciate it and would like it to be changed in some way. I should have a say in whether I want to accept her silly passive, I should have a say of when and IF I want to zap into non-existence, be silenced, and ult from her location. Or just change it. Anything except keep it the way it is.

Wait, so that hopping passive isn't her ult?

Neither is the detonation of 10+ spears?

Wait.... Okay. All right, after some research on her kit I am now caught up.

What ever could we possibly replace that Ultimate with if it were trashcanned????

Perhaps gate the passive hops to every 2-3 AA's and cap the spear stacks at a reasonable number.... and then when she ults she now gets to hop everywhere for free and her stacks don't cap!

Give her a little more range, buff the wards, tweak some numbers, go back in time before she was released and finalize a polished concept and....

I AM A GENIUS.

Yes her ult rips you out of your current existence and forces you to be a Sejuani charge, as long as you are within a certain radius of her, which is quite a large radius. I don't like having to play keep-away from my own teammate if I know this player is continually using her ults poorly. It directly affects my gameplay and impact on my team, a teammate shouldn't have an ability that forces me to play poorly.

A Kayle ult or a Shen ult can be used on ME, and --> I <-- can mess up, on my own volition, and ruin that ult. For example, Kayle knows the enemy is about to defensively burst me, and she wants me to know this as well, and she wants me to know that I should use her ult, and charge forward and absorb the damage and initiate. Maybe --> I <-- am dense and I didn't realize the opportunity, and she ults me, and I run away or stand still instead.

This is my own fault and I've failed my team on my own volition.

A Shen sees that I'm about to die as an ADC, but the enemy ADC at bot lane only had 1-2 more hits worth of health than I do. He wants to ult me, and using the shield, chase down the enemy ADC with him. He ults me and saves me, but I don't react quick enough, and I run away for half a second instead of chasing during that time.

This is another case of it being my own fault and failing my team on my own volition.

Having Kalista rip me out of whatever I'm doing, interrupting my concentration and careful positioning by being forcibly turned into a missile is stupid, not fun, and it can cause me to fail my team because of KALISTA, not because of me.
