Xayah is not that big of a problem shes sitting just below a 50% win rate.

she's pick or ban tier in the professional games I thought that was normally a red flag. I really don't think Win rate is the only thing that determines what merrits a nerf. Bad players can play her and skew the win rate. I feel like an eye ball test would also be something people should consider among other things than just stating a win rate.

even though pro play is what a lot of nerfs are based around since thats a lot of the balance teams familiarity with the game, its not the only thing

Hense why I said among other things. Compare her damage to other ADC's she's one of the Few ADCs who gets two damage items early instead of two crit items. She gets a free attack speed and move speed item from one of her skills. Her ult is one of the best in the game in terms of protecting an ADC and her Team fight prowess as well as her 1v1 is off the charts. She has a lot of things going for her that her win rate may not show, yes i agree she is not the easiest ADC to play and hard champions deserve to be strong, but I think her "low" win rate is determined by the champions skill cap not that fact that she isn't too strong!
