Zoe's Q and E - You know something isn't right if *Faker* is consistently missing the easy shots!

I've been watching quite a bit of pro vids with Zoe and they're experiencing the same thing I am playing Zoe.

A lot of near misses and shots going off target.

The early game here with Faker is full of easy skillshots that he's still missing. Using Lux, Jinx, or any other, it wouldn't be nearly as likely to miss. 

What's going on?
