Kindred - Needs help - but does not need an overhaul

I've been a Kindred Main since The Eternal Hunters came out, and I can feel the way the game shifts based on how Kindred plays out.

I know this can automatically make me suspect to bias, but I genuinely hope and feel as a dedicated player of this often difficult champion - not in mechanical complexity or curve, but striving to play my part and role with Kindred.

Kin is *very* easily bullied in more advanced games where comms are the norm - whether being prevented from gaining marks to being unable to stand their ground in the early and mid games because alone, Kindred is much more squishier than other junglers.
Fragile junglers like Shaco, Eve, etc. have their ability to create an escape window - Kindred, less so.

Unable to stealth or more than leap, if an enemy gets close within the tight confines of the jungle in the early and mid game - which is the most important - there's really little to nothing in Kindred's toolkit to help.

Kindred's E is too brief a slow to use an E Q combo to create a consistently effective space - by Riot's standards of fairness of course where there needs to be some room for play.

Kindred is a mobile champion that needs more mobility. Their Q whether on wolf's CD bonus or not, could stand to have a shorter overall CD to stay mobile.

In games where lanes are losing, its up to the Jungler to help - and Kindred is a bit weak in this area.

Kindred lacks the burst punch of other junglers in the early and mid game when making this counter impact is most important. They're a sustain-burst hybrid, and could stand to have this stand out a bit more. Wolf's E is the burst, but only after health has been chipped away.

There needs to be some overall tuning to help make this kit of mechanics work.

A lower Q CD, easier ability to obtain or at least benefit from marks, and a little more emphasis on the burst aspect than sustain, but still able to do both.

I feel like they need a Q cooldown buff both inside W and outside, since their attack speed per level is abhorrently low and desperately need the Q AS buff. As for the rest, they are pretty decent, maybe the ultimate could have a slightly lower cooldown.
