buff jinx so we overload her kit even more. eventhough she is extremely overpowered but according to gameplay n balance she has no true escape and just have to gank her 10 times in lane to shut her down makes her balanced. Any champ getting ganked 10 times will have a hard time coming back so i dont want jinx to be considered trash tier for getting ganked 10 times so here it is the buff to muh mobility adc
