i agree with you. people will say that annie is broken because they dont understand how to lane against her or deal with her as a support. when people are unskilled or un-knowledgeable about specific things they turn to it being broken.

It won't pick up any steam or go heeded unless you go out of your way and force that on it, and even then it's an uphill battle.
The topic creator won't change his mind, because it's very clear that he very firmly believes what he's saying. Also, if you were to try to debate against it, I'm almost certain he'd shut down any attempts to.
I've seen this type of topic and its wording before, and it goes ignored for a reason.

You're right, she has such great range on her spells that..wait, 625? Seriously? Thats it? Thats DEPRESSING. Almost every other mid lane mage laughs at that. You can zone her for days, not the other way around.

It's a matter of who gets the stun first, and you have higher range and less reason to get in her range.
If you're really scared or struggling, ask for jungler help to blow her flash [she's immobile, you don't even need to kill her with the jungler to win matchup]. Annie without flash is like playing VS a beginner

Dont act like annie is the only mage with a stun and high level burst.

She invalidates any duels against other squishies by stunning them and one shotting them and gets free defensive stats from her E so in case you somehow survived her nuking combo she is gonna be tankier than you in majority of cases and get you in the next round of spells anyway. Against other burst characters you can at least often dodge 1 spell from them to have a higher chance of fighting back but no such thing against Annie when she can simply stun you.
She definitely needs a rework at this point.

Crede7771 votesThe problem with Annie is the lane control she gets when her stun is up. It is like TF with gold card before his timer was reduced. What Annie does is get her stun up and then zone you from the minion wave, even if you have decent range. This is because she will win any trade by a decent margin whIle her stun is up.

Imho Annie is a last champ that is truly newbie player friendly. If Riot will veigar her too, I think this will be end of LoL, because any game ends when freshblood is stopping to come. How many there are champs that are withoug skillshots, not hard to farm, and are not all-in-with-speed-of-light (like LB)? With every patch their number becoming lower, and right now half of them is unplayable, because champions without skillshots can't damage, because it's OP.

the only thing they need to do to finish her balance is place a special effect around tibbers allowing the enemies to know She can summon him.
