So why exactly are we nerfing Elise when she isn't even performing in the top 10 best junglers?

If we look at the list of best performances of junglers Elise isn't even in the top 10. Neither her winrate nor her overall performance is that amazing, so why the nerfs? Is it because her utility is high along with good damage? if thats so great why does she have only 50.8% win rate and not something higher than 17 other champions? If these nerfs go through at least bring her neurotoxin percentage up to 6% from 4% or something.

It's because this is the World's patch. All the balance is targeted directly at pro players.

Did you even check that? Her winrate is 18th...but her pickrate is higher then every other Junglers except Xin Zhao (ahead in rank, .32% higher pickrate), Shyvana (behind, .12% higher pickrate) and Lee Sin (WAY behind, 8.3% higher pickrate), and her banrate is higher then everyone except Skarner (52.88% higher banrate) and Shyvana (1.49% higher banrate).

So overall, she has a slightly lower winrate then some other junglers, but a massively higher pickrate and banrate to go with. She's one of the highest tier junglers on here.

Hmmm, she just got a nerf. I suppose that she is considered too popular. That's the only reason I can think she would get another nerf.

The flaw is that RIOT thinks because Elise is a form changer that she has to have most of her power "front-loaded". That isn't actually true. That doesn't actually have to be the case. The reason Elise is popular is because her early game is so strong - not because she is too strong overall. So this means a nerf won't help balance Elise. It will only make her less playable. You can't take power away without giving it back somewhere else.
