Someone please just tell me what is or show me an example of "Score" combat text

I cannot find ANYWHERE, not even on Youtube or on wikis, a clear explanation of the different kinds of combat text. I know a lot of the types of combat text are self-explanatory like Gold and Experience and Heal and Mana, but some of the other types of combat text need explanation, especially Score, Status, and Special.

I believe Status is stuff like slow, taunted, rooted, etc. Is it only one's movement/crowd control status or is it more than that?

I've noticed that abilities that countdown like Fizz ult and Zilean Q apply to Special, but is there any other kinds of uses for it?

What is Score? I can't even notice any difference whether or not thats toggled!
