Quinn Quinn and Valor are meant to "RELY ON EACHOTHER."

I'll start with saying, I love Quinn, she is definitly in my top 3 favorite champions. I do think she could use a re-work and I think I have some really decent solid idea's for it.

I would like to add what I think is the most important part of Quinn's description. _"Quinn and Valor are an elite ranger team. With crossbow and claw, they undertake their nation's most dangerous missions deep within enemy territory, from swift reconnaissance to lethal strikes." _

Passive : Harrier Valor periodically marks enemies as Vulnerable. Quinn's first basic attack against Vulnerable targets will deal bonus physical damage. -> Heightened Senses : Attacking a Vulnerable target will increase Quinn's Attack Speed by 15-40% and Movement Speed by 15-60% for 3 seconds.

Q : Blinding Assault Quinn calls Valor to blind and damage targets in an area. Valor flies in a line and strikes the first enemy in his path. He then attacks all nearby enemies, dealing physical damage and blinding them for 1.5 seconds. -> Valor flies down striking and blinding enemies in target location dealing physical damage and blinding them for 1.5 seconds.

NOTE : This would function basically exactly like Corki's phosphorous bomb. Quinn's animation would stay the same and the start of Valors animation would stay the same, the only difference would be that valor would fly upwards a bit over the area and dive down at target damaging and blinding enemies in a small AoE before flying back up into the sky. This would make the ability a bit more skill based (a good thing imo) as well as giving her a means to harass behind minions and denial.

W : ~~Heightened Senses ~~ -> Harrier : Quinn calls down valor to mark target enemy. Quinn's first basic attack against vulnerable targets deal bonus physical damage.

NOTE : This would take out the random factor of who Valor marks allowing the player to choose who to deal damage to making it much more reliable. I think that if you are shooting a bullet towards your target and the mark is applied by the time the bullet hits then it should proc the extra damage, not how it is now how the target needs to be marked before you start an auto attack to proc that damage.

E : Vault Quinn dashes to an enemy, dealing physical damage and slowing the target's Movement Speed. Upon reaching the target, she leaps off the target, briefly interrupting it, and lands near her maximum Attack Range away from the target. Valor will immediately mark this enemy as Vulnerable. -> Quinn flips towards target direction, if she lands on an enemy/s she briefly interrupts it and may re-activate this ability again within a very short amount of time. Valor will immediately mark the center-most enemy (prioritizes champions). Only 1 re-activation may occur and the second re-activation costs no mana and also does not stun or deal any damage to any targets she may land on.

NOTE : I believe this would give Quinn much needed versatility with mobility as well as making the interrupt portion of this ability more skill based. It would allow her to jump over some walls much like nidalee's jump and it would also keep the current functionality of the ability. It would function much like Fiora's NEW dash. This would give her needed utility to survive and play behind enemy lines.

R: Tag Team Valor replaces Quinn on the battlefield as a mobile melee attacker. When ready, Quinn returns in a hail of arrows, dealing physical damage to all nearby enemies.

Conclusion : This re-work would basically keep Quinn the same as she is right now without changing her mechanics too hard, it would add more skill based tactical play into her kit and a bit more mobility. I understand not much is changing but I think enough would change to make her viable. Yes I would be removing her AoE sight ability, I have thought about it and I am not sure where to include it into her kit, however there are Scrying Orbs which give you vision anyways if you want more vision. I think making Harrier a cast-able ability by the player and the change to vault along with her Q would more then make up for the loss in vision, it would make her damage much more reliable.

I don't know about you but with her current state, when things get hairy and you're fighting someone and you see Valor coming down and everything is split microsecond decisions and you shoot cause you think the proc is on, only to have it not proc even tho the bullet clearly lands after the target is marked, then you flip towards them resetting the marked target, loosing because of that is quite annoying.

Love the ideas! Quinn is a champion after my own heart and its a shame that sometimes people dodge games simply because I want to play Quinn ADC.

I was working on a rework myself the past few days, and I'm surprised at how similar some parts are ahaha.
