Small bard buff that would be really nice

Make his heal scale on his chimes collected (1-2 additional HP per chime). Would be a way to actually make his W useful outside of a lane sustain tool/movement speed without making it OP early. Plus I feel like his chime collecting feels a little gimmicky. This would be a good way to integrate it into his kit more.
