Question with my FPS

Hi, I get 120+ fps early uncapped; however I cap my fps

Mid game 25mins or so it drops to 50-40 fps and down from there

I heard that league only uses one of your cores I have an eight core processor, is this the problem???? I'm unsure as to why that I have such a significant drop and it doesn't matter wither it's on the highest settings or the lowest settings.

This is my specs - AMD 8350 CPU GeForce 1060 6gb GPU 16gb Ram
