Is Graves ADC still viable?

I know he excels better in the jungle and top, but can he still be played bot and be viable? Graves

Well, dunno aboit diamond and higher, but my friend and duo partner ( Swagwagon EUNE server) plays him bot as adc quite alot and he is plat 2. Laning phase pre 6 is a bit rough, but he picks up farm easily with his q. After 6 we usually dominate lane (and game). So he is viable pre diamond.

I don't know much about ADC, or Graves, but I'd guess he's on the same boat as Jhin or Urgot ADC. They're alright, but there are picks that can do many more functions with less complexity.

its very much is. i don't think draven can stay in lane with him. the all in with a good engage support at any level is very real with that Q.
