I always get sad when I see skins on the PBE.
It always seems to be the popular champions that get skins. I'm not against it, it makes sense for Riot to generate money.... But give some love to the other not so popular champions once in a while.

Yorick, Urgot, Swain, Cassiopeia, Shen, Viktor, Rumble, Zyra, Heimerdinger, Veigar, Jarvan IV, Kog'Maw, Evelynn, and Malzahar all haven't had skins since 2011-2014.
Edit: Removed Trundle from the list.
I freaking agree. Still salty over this overhyped elementalist.
Quinn don't get skin very often, and she is not that popular, for the rest i can understand your point.
I don't get sad to see new skins, but seriously, Cass needs a new skin, as does Yorick.
Yea, like I said, I'm not against them making popular champions more skins. I just find it annoying and sad that they don't really give any skin love to the champions who need it.
So I did some calculations and found that each year (taking that every two weeks 3 new skins come out each year which is the average for each patch) that a total of 78 skins can be produced each year by riot, crazy right, and if we subtract the 134 champions (I'm including Camille) then 56 champions each year are left without a skin. So it makes some sense why riot has to leave out certain champs when making skins each year and why a select few of them may have not gotten a skin in a while (especially when new champs are added every 2 months). However I do wish they would receive some love. (I want myself a new Yorick skin)
For those who want to see my calculations:
365/14 (14 days = 2 weeks) = 26.0714 (rounded to 26 for easier calculations) 26 * 3 (26 patches multiplied by 3 skins) = 78 134 - 78 = 56
I understand what your saying, but these skins, as a gruop, are aimed toward less played champs.
