is Graves bot lane is dead?

i like the whole shot gun thing. and i can handle the reload. But he is atrocious bot lane now.

the enemy team support can just About face all of your attacks while the superior adc with attack speed and range can shoot him to hell if a fight breaks out he can't even get to the damage carry. his duo lane is so bad now i mean he can farm well but he's basically constantly pushing meaning it's even harder to attack the enemy ADC because they are always under turret. his main source of damage and poke bot is his new Q and even than it's kinda not enough to make his bot lane acceptable.

he's basically a melee champ with a bit of extra range now. he excels top lane because there are less walls preventing him from shooting his target.

any thoughts on the rework. any tips on how to not get rekt bot
