How do I recover from a losing streak? Bad luck or something I'm doing wrong?

Been on a 5 game losing streak in plat3. I was diamond on my other account, in season 5. Returning to league this season I skipped every other division and promos to plat 3, and ever since I got here I have been on a losing streak. Sometimes my laners just lose lane hard, every lane being 0-3 by 10 minutes. Other times my team throws because someone runs in 1v5. Other times as a jungler I get counterjungled hard and become useless to my team. Awareness in Plat is at an all time low, and lately I feel like I've been playing subpar + my teammates have gotten shittier / less willing to win. Is there anyway to recover from this losing streak, any tips on how to climb out of P3/Play from behind in this elo? Thanks.

take a break from the game, if i lose two games in a row in ranked i generally stop playing ranked for the day or at least take a break and go play aram or something like that to ease the pressure of getting off the losing streak

do something you enjoy but will not get frustrated, aka not competitive gaming. such options are; walking, movies, workout, baking, eat food, take a nap, read a book/manga/light novel/web novel, youtube, write a story, draw/doodle, non-competitive gaming, hang out with a friend.

Usually take a break helps. What I also like to do is during that break is take a look at what I could be doing to improve my play.

Mmm, just don't play games for the day.

Rito's algorithm is terribad and there ain't much you can do about it. Sometimes I get great games and sometimes I get idiots who don't even know the basics.
