Trolling in champ select

Just wondering, is there any way to report or punish people who troll in champ select? Every 10 games or so I am forced to dodge because some Diamond 5 shitter is picking graves mid with ghost and cleanse because someone with an attitude banned his zed. I'm tired of losing lp while these guys get away with this behavior.

They should create a report option for this.

Banning team mate champs should be reported.
Picking an adc carry for support should be reported.
Dodging and forcing people to dodge should be reported -> ban and pick wisely as a team! don't dodge!
Cursing and yelling should be reported.
Spamming (mostly in blind games where ppl pick lanes) should also be reported. Especially when people tend to spam to clear the chat.

Sadly theres nothing that can be done yet... People often ban your champion and they themselves then take a troll champion(e.g. soraka jungle)... At the end youre forced to dodge and guess who gets punished. YOU.
