I Graded Patch 7.2 and Patch 7.3 Based on Science.... TL;DR They didn't do what Riot wanted!

Hey guys! :D

NostraTeemo here with my VERY FIRST batch of Alpha analytics on Patch 7.2 and 7.3. Did Riot's patches work? Since there's a lot of science behind this, I'll make it short:

1. No, they didn't work for over 50% of changed champions
2. But Riot is pretty good at flagging champions that need buffs and nerfs
3. Many champions that were nerfed were actually somehow buffed, and many champions that were buffed got nerfed
4. Using current data science methods, it's actually impossible to tell how a patch will pan out (NEED NEW SCIENCE, dw I'm on it)
