so alot of items you are bringing out seem pretty cool. my concern lies withing wits end. its already an item thats never picked up. will we be seeing any changes to it or are we going to pull the plug and end its misery?
never picked up? it has its uses with ap on-hit champs like 
and 
as it gives them effectively more magic pen by draining the enemies magic resist. The reason it isn't seen much is because the champs that use it either aren't being played or are using alternate builds. I feel that 
should always be there to fulfill that niche of magic resist and shred for ap on hitters if they ever become popular again.
and thats the problem. they arent being played or use alt builds. i just think it needs to build into something. i can see it working well with new kogmaw.
