and any other on hit items, is this as intended? because im thinking these may be abused.

Yes it is intended but if you read the tool tip you will see why. All on-hit effects are reduced to 33% per hit.
It's treated as an auto-attack (can be dodged & such).
ok i just wanted to make sure, im just a little worried.
i'm guessing you had to deal with an on hit urgot jungle? well looks like i wasn't the only one thinking about it xD
