If I'm the jungler and an ally laner is dead and the wave is pushing towards tower should I take it?

At the very moment I'm improving my macro play in normal games atm by playing with a bunch of people who are lower rank than me to try and get an idea of how I can pressure other lanes as a means of a jungler, the only problem is everytime they're not in lane and I go take their farm they start spam pinging and screaming at me telling me to get out of their lane, even a platinum player did this to me (I'm Gold). I can't tell you how many times I've had this happen to me, not just in normal games but in ranked games where I go and cover bot and our bot lane screams the shit out of me it's like, if this farm is getting shot by the tower then by the time you get here the whole wave will be gone.

What do I do, do I listen to these people, or should I just take the damn farm, it's their fault they died right?

You take it. Simple as that. Wasted resources is wasted potential.

Don't wipe out the wave, but last hit at least. If they scream at you mute and report.

To go a bit into depth, it's honestly best to shove the entire wave straight into the enemy turret if you can clear it quickly enough. This makes it so that by the time the ADC returns, the wave is neutral at worst, probably pushing their direction.

If your ally is dead and it is pushing towards the enemy turret then you want the wave to crash to the minions will start heading back towards your ally assuming you are not likely to die in doing so

You usually want to push your wave under their tower when your laner dies or you gank successfully, unless it's a big wave you may want to hold or freeze the wave to save it for your laner
